How to add new scale(s) to a survey?

Click on the desired package where you want to add a new scale
You will be able to see the scale library button on the top right
On clicking the "Scale Library" button you can see two tabs (Standard Scales & Your Scales)
Click on "Your Scales"
1. You'll be able to see the "Add New Scale" button
2. Clicking on the "New Scale" button a modal appears where you input the scale title and scale values
3. You can also reorder the scale values by clicking on the reorder icon and dragging it to the desired position
