How to add/remove respondents in a feedback survey?

Modified on Mon, 24 Jun at 11:28 AM

As respondents of a 360 Feedback Survey include the feedback seeker as a "Self", ensure that the feedback seeker is part of the user in the group (Manage Groups). For other respondents who will be giving feedback, follow the steps mentioned below.

Adding Respondents

Go to the group for which the feedback is conducted, and go to the "Manage" page of the survey as shown below, and click on "Access" button next to the feedback seeker for whom you wish to add respondents.

Here, you can add a respondent by clicking on "Add Respondent" button as shown below.

In the following dialog, if you do not have the respondents as users in the account (see How to upload new user(s) in User Management?), you can add them in the "Enter Name & Email" tab. Enter the name and email of the respondent, provide the relationship to the feedback seeker, and click on "Add".

Else, if you have already added the respondent as a user in "User Management", proceed to "Select from List" tab, search for the name or email of the user. Once you select the user, you can mention the relationship of the user to the feedback seeker and click on "Add".

Note: Respondents added this way are automatically added to the list of users in the account (User Management), but not to the group.

Respondents can be added in bulk:

Click on the "Settings" button then in the dropdown click on the "Bulk Upload Respondents" which allows you to upload a csv file where you can fill out the necessary info about the respondents.

Removing Respondents

In the same access window, you can select the respondent that you wish to remove, and click on "Remove Respondent(s)". Confirm the removal on the prompt.
