How to add/edit/delete a page(s) & page description, in survey questionnaire/package?

Select the package where you want to edit/delete/add a page(s).
On the Add Page tab, you can add/edit/delete a page(s) & page description
1. To add a new page click on the "New Page" button
2. To edit a page click on the pencil icon next to the page description box
3. To delete a page click on the (-) icon
