How to add participants to fill out the survey?

You can add respondents for the survey by clicking in the "Users" tab inside a group.

  1. Click on the "Enroll Users" button
  2. You can add two type of users
    1. New Users: Clicking on the "Upload New Users" from the dropdown
    2. Existing Users: Clicking on the "Enroll from User Management" i.e, users added in other groups priorly

 


To Upload New Users:

  1. Click on the "Upload New Users" button
  2. Type the name, email and phone number. Name and email are mandatory fields while phone is optional.


To Upload Existing Users:

  1. Click on the "Enroll from User Management" button 
  2. In the search box simply type the user name/email


      3. You can also search by demographic data:    

  • Enter the demographic type and value to sort users and enroll them all at once.
