How to edit/delete any statement in "Add Questionnaire" tab of a survey questionnaire/package?

On the "Add Questionnare" tab you'll able to see different pages that you have configured earlier

1. Find the question you want to edit from the pages
2. To edit a question click on the pencil icon
   
3. To delete a question click on the bin icon
