Invitation Emails
Select the feedback seeker(s) you wish to email, then click on the "Send Invitation Emails" button. After clicking this button, a pop-up will appear.
Clicking on the "Send" button triggers the email to all participant(s) registered under this survey as self and respondents.
Reminder Emails
To send reminder emails, click on the "Access" button next to the Feedback Seeker's name. This will open a new screen.
On this screen, select the user(s) you want to send the reminder emails to, then click on the "Send Reminder" button.
To edit the content of the reminder emails:
- Click on the Account Settings Tab
- Go to Email Configuration Tab
- Click on the "Edit Content Button" in front of 360 Reminders
*Note: Invitation emails must be sent first to enable the sending of reminder emails.
