Select the respondent you wish to email, then click on the "Send Invitation Emails" button. After clicking this button, a pop-up will appear.
Clicking on the "Send" button triggers the email to participant(s) registered under this survey.
Configure Invitational Mail's Content:
To configure the invitational mail content
- Click on the "Settings" button
- Click on the "Configure Invitation Email" button
- A editor appears on the screen, edit the content and then click on the "Save" button
Reminder Mails:
To send Reminder mails select the user and the click on the "Settings" button then from the dropdown click the "Send Reminder Email" button
Configure Reminder Mail's Content:
- Click on the Account Settings Tab
- Go to Email Configuration Tab
- Click on the "Edit Content Button" in front of Survey Reminders
