How to edit/delete any statement in "Add Questionnaire" tab of a 360 survey questionnaire/package?

1. Click on the desired 360 package where you want to edit/delete the statement

2. Go to the Add Questionnaire section

3. On the add questionnaire tab, you can see two icons [pencil and (-)] next to every statement on the left side of the screen

4. On clicking the pencil icon the particular statement will be selected and you can edit it
    

5. On clicking the (-) icon you can delete the statement
   

*After completing the desired action click on save and next
