Is there an option to show or hide the scores in the report to ensure anonymity if the number of respondents is below a certain threshold?

Yes, to ensure anonymity of responses, you can chose to hide the scores if the number of responses is less than a threshold, and it can be set uniquely for each relationship category.


Go to the group for which the feedback is conducted, and go to the "Manage" page of the survey as shown below, and expand the settings menu.


Click on "Manage Relationship Categories" in the settings menu to get the modal window as shown below.



In this window, you can set "Hide Score" to enable report anonymity. Next to each each relationship category, proceed to provide the minimum threshold, a number of responses below which the scores will be hidden in the report.


Once done with the changes, click on Save.
