How to upload new user(s) in User Management?

Go to the “User Management” tab. Click on the "Upload Users" button. 

A pop-up window will appear where you will get two options: Single upload (upload used 1 by 1) and Bulk upload (upload multiple users together). 

You can add user(s) one by one through the single upload option by providing name, email id, and phone no. Name and Email columns are mandatory however you can keep the phone no field blank and add the user. 

If you want to add multiple users at one go, choose the Bulk Upload option. You can download a Sample CSV format & use that. 

As a sample CSV is downloaded, fill in the details in the CSV file as shown.

In the CSV upload format, Name and Email fields are mandatory and other fields like Gender and Location are optional. You can remove these fields from CSV format before upload and you can also add new demographic fields if required in your use case.


Back on the platform, click on Choose File and upload your file. Also, you can drag and drop the file to the highlighted area to upload the file.


Your users are now uploaded and will be shown in the User Management list.
