How to add participant(s)/ user(s) in a group?/ How to enroll participants for a content?

Within a group, you can add participants/ users in the Users tab.


Click on the “Enroll Users” button. Select if you want to upload new users or enroll from User Management (in case you have already uploaded users there)


  1. If you select "Upload New Users", you will see this pop-up where you can upload single users one by one or you can go to the Bulk Upload tab to upload multiple users using a CSV file.

  2. If you select Enroll from User Management, you can add users by typing in the name/email of the user, or you can filter them by demographics from the user management.


*Note: The "Sync" progress on the top right corner on the screen shows if the users (participants) are in sync with the content. "Sync Complete" indicates the content is in sync with the participants.
