If you need to re-open the survey for any particular respondent, in relation to a particular feedback seeker, you can reset the feedback survey.
Go to the group for which the feedback is conducted, and go to the "Manage" page of the survey as shown below, and click on "Access" button next to the feedback seeker for whom you wish to reset the survey of a respondent.
In the next window, click on "Reset" next to the name of the respondent for whom you wish to reset the surveyand confirm your actions in the prompt. The button is disabled if the respondent has not attempted the survey yet.
