Go to the Analytics tab inside a group. Depending on what content has been added in the group, the respective list will appear in under "Overall Reports". You can download the analytics/report for the content of your choice by clicking on the Download button next to the report mentioned.
All reports are generated once every 24 hours on the platform. However, if you require the latest report to the minute, you can click on "Get live data" on the right of the screen, as shown below.
A prompt is shown, informing you about the data refresh. It is advised not to take any actions on the group to prevent report errors while the data is updated.
Once the data is up-to-date, "Get live data" will change to "Data Updated" indicating the completion of the refresh.
