When a Journey/Course is “Published”, it becomes available to the assigned group.
By default, a Journey/Course is in an “Unpublished” state. It would not be available to the assigned group yet.
The Journey/Course needs to be published in order for it to be visible in Manage Groups. This will allow you to map the particular journey to a group of users.
