Subject-Exercise Matrix maps the Framework with the Instrument & Contents. Each indicator in the Framework should get mapped to one of the Exercises.
In the case of an auto-scored exercise like a Cognitive Exercise, Situational Judgement Test, or Personality Test, you will be able to map an indicator directly to the exercise topics or traits.
In such cases, an indicator can get mapped to multiple topics or traits of an exercise.
The 3rd step in creating an assessment package is configuring the Subject-Exercise matrix.
The competencies are to be added as shown below. They can be mapped to an exercise in this configuration.
