After login, go to “Assessments” in the Content Management tab. Click on “Create New Package”.
As the below window opens, type in a Package name, select an image from the image library and Save.
Go inside an assessment package, the “Select Instruments & Contents” tab.
Select any tool from the ”Instrument” drop-down menu which shows the options for adding a type of assessment tool.
Select the “Content” from the drop-down menu next to the instrument.
Type in a Solution display name and Display instructions if any.
Click on “Save & Next”. You see a pop-up window as shown below. Click on “Save changes”.
In the “Add Framework” tab, type in a subject name, its definition, and provide indicators for the subject. You can choose to add any number of indicators. Add more subjects and their indicators as per your choice
The next step creating an assessment package is configuring the "Subject-Exercise Matrix" which maps the subjects and indicators (competencies) of the framework to specific exercises of the package.
The competencies to be added as shown below, in the indicators column. They can be mapped to an exercise by enabling the grid points as shown below.
Click on Save & Next.
We can further add any documents for the assessors to follow as a guide. This can be done in the "Add Other Documents" tab. Once there, click on the “Drag and Drop your files or Browse" option and add your file. Then click on Upload.
