  • In Basket

This exercise will be used to evaluate the user’s ability to prioritize and organize work. Through organization charts and other information material, they will be first given a scenario and then will be asked to prioritize between or respond to a number of situations or issues. The time required to complete the exercise can be customized by the admin.

 

  • Case Study

In this Exercise, first, the user will be required to read a business situation carefully. Then based on this situation they will have to answer some questions in the Case Study section of the exercise. The time required to complete the exercise can be customized by the admin.



 

  • Interact

Enables participants to go through some information & then interact with an assessor. Can be used to conduct role-play exercise or Interviews.



 

  • Digital Mirror

Requires participants to record a video on the Platform in response to a set of questions or issues. A convenient alternative to exercises requiring interaction with an assessor


 

  • Personality Inventory

Configure your personality inventory to be delivered online. Questionnaires based on both Likert or Ipsative scales can be configured


 

  • Multi - Choice

In this exercise, the user will be asked 5 questions, each with multiple options. One of these options is the correct answer to the question. All the questions should be attempted to complete the exercise. The progress bar can be seen at the top of the questions. The time required to complete the exercise can be customized by the admin. The timer can be seen on the top right corner of the questionnaire page. Once the timer runs out, all the responses will be saved. During the exercise, the user can review & modify the responses if required. Once they have answered all questions, they should click on the "Submit" button.
